Accounting Clerk

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin have partnered with our client to recruit an Accounting Clerk based in Winnipeg for an immediate temporary opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments and receipts
• Update and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
• Accounts Payables/Receivables
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounting department

Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Previous experience in accounting, AP, or AR
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, SAP)
• Accuracy in data entry, reconciling accounts and handling financial records
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A criminal background check is required
