Recruitment Coordinator

Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a national firm on the search for a Recruitment Coordinator, based on the south side of Winnipeg.  This is a 6-month full-time term position with the opportunity to be extended. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain experience with a large corporate team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR Business partner team with full cycle recruitment
• Assisting with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Navigating the HRIS system to track candidates and update information
• Ensuring recruitment practices comply with company policies and regulations
• Assisting with other HR-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education related to HR Management
• 1+ years of related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
• Proficiency with MS Office; previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred

Please note this is a hybrid opportunity, though the successful applicant must reside in Winnipeg.
