Responsibilities:
  • Work with onsite resident managers, caretakers, and Property Manager on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies, letters, etc.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports as required.
  • Maintaining accurate property management tracking sheets.
  • Help organize and execute company events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate response.
  • Assist with the overall operation of the office.
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Work with onsite property managers on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Property Administrator (Can be rental or commercial).
  • Willing to work in Delta.
  • Experience with Yardi software is an asset.
