A new and growing insurance brokerage is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their early-stage team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a $4M national construction account, work closely with senior leadership, and help build the brokerage as it grows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large national construction account
- Handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, certificates, bid bonds, and tenders
- Support complex commercial and layered insurance programs
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and underwriters
- Manage policies, endorsements, and documentation
- Help develop internal processes and best practices
- RIBO licence
- 7+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong Commercial Account Management background
- Construction insurance experience
- Experience managing large or complex accounts
- Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
- Ability to work independently in a growing environment
- $80K–$130K+ base salary
