Benefits & Perks
- Guaranteed base salary of $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and education
- New business and renewal commissions, plus performance bonuses

- Generate leads through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, contractors, and more
- Promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other policies
- Collaborate with a support team of insurance professionals
- Meet and exceed sales targets for both new and renewal business
- Outbound sales experience is required
- Active AIC or RIBO license is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or with team support
- This is not an inside sales role; focus on external outreach and relationship building
