Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with direct sales experience in aviation MRO, specifically within aircraft paint, engineering, or maintenance services. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who can independently generate business, build strong client relationships, and provide market insight through direct industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the aviation MRO space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline, leasing, and aviation clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies independently to drive revenue growth
  • Prepare and present client proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
  • Provide regular updates on client engagement, opportunities, and market feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of aviation sales/business development experience within MRO
  • Direct experience selling aircraft paint, engineering, or maintenance services strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of aviation operations and MRO service offerings
  • Experience with aircraft interior/exterior refurbishment
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel; valid passport required
