Vice President, Finance

Reporting directly to the President and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, this role represents an outstanding opportunity for a finance leader looking to expand their impact within a dynamic, growth-oriented business.

This role is ideal for an ambitious finance leader who wants the opportunity to shape financial strategy, influence operational decision-making, and help build scalable systems to support continued growth. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to strengthen financial processes, introduce improved reporting and analytics, and partner closely with the leadership team on business performance and strategic initiatives.

Compensation

• Expected annual salary range: $190,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s accounting and financial reporting functions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strengthen financial reporting, analytics, and operational performance insights
• Lead improvements to finance processes, systems, and internal controls
• Lead and support ERP system evaluation and implementation initiatives
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital planning
• Provide financial insights to support pricing, growth initiatives, and operational decision-making
• Partner with leadership to support expansion, strategic investments, and potential acquisitions

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience in multi-location, project-based, or operational service environments is considered an asset
• Strong financial modelling, reporting, and business analysis capabilities
• Experience improving financial systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
