This is an opportunity for an experienced Plumbing & Gas Foreman to step into a key role within a growing mechanical contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

You will be responsible for leading crews across multi-family townhome projects, overseeing installations, coordinating sub-trades, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. The role will involve managing multiple sites, working block-by-block across both developments.

Projects & Scope of Work
  • Primary focus: Multi-family townhome developments
  • Project values: $1M – $2.7M
  • Additional exposure to light commercial (retail) projects
Multi-family work is more complex and detail-oriented, while commercial work is relatively straightforward and can be supported internally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field crews on active construction sites
  • Oversee plumbing and gas installations from rough-in to completion
  • Coordinate and manage sub-trades (HVAC, controls, insulation)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards
  • Manage materials, workflow, and daily site operations
  • Maintain safety compliance and site organization
  • Liaise with the Field Manager and ownership team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of Foreman experience
  • Strong background in plumbing and gas fitting
  • Class B Gas Ticket
  • Red Seal Plumbing Certification preferred
  • Experience in multi-family construction is highly valued
  • Ability to manage multiple phases or projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • $45–$55/hour 
  • Company vehicle + gas card (preferred) or vehicle allowance
