Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service calls, demonstrating a genuine curiosity to understand the root of each issue
- Schedule service, warranty calls, and installations as needed, aligning technician certifications with site requirements
- Carefully review and approve technician timesheets for accuracy before processing
- Coordinate certifications and book training sessions for technicians as necessary
- Open and complete work orders, sourcing necessary materials and equipment
- Obtain PO or credit card information from customers prior to dispatching technicians
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is distributed to technicians, parts departments, and warehouse staff
- Maintain communication with customers and technicians, providing timely updates on service status
- Review field paperwork and complete entry of parts and job notes into open work orders
- Other operational responsibilities as assigned by the Field Operations Manager
- Outstanding customer service skills with a high degree of curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Exceptional communication and listening skills; always ready to clarify details until fully understood
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, handle stress effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate relevant software and systems efficiently
- Capable of working well within a team and independently
