Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-forward professional who enjoys using data, tools, and structure to improve how work is planned and delivered. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable working across projects and portfolios, enjoys refining processes, and can translate information into insights that support sound decision-making.

In the role of Enterprise Portfolio Manager, you will help guide how enterprise-wide corporate and IT initiatives are evaluated, prioritized, and tracked. Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Portfolio, you will support the evolution of portfolio management practices, strengthen governance and reporting, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze project and portfolio information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Enhance portfolio governance through the development and maintenance of standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Produce regular portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Support financial tracking, benefits realization, and risk management across the portfolio.
  • Administer and continuously improve the project and portfolio management (PPM) system, including configuration, user guidance, and training materials.
  • Contribute to project intake, prioritization, and resource planning activities.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives that improve delivery outcomes and organizational responsiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A degree in business, computer science, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of experience delivering projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • Hands-on experience with project or portfolio management software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise materials for senior leadership.
Additional Assets
  • Experience supporting portfolio or program management functions.
  • Background in developing or maturing governance models or standards.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MoP, or PfMP.
