As a Senior Financial Planner, you will partner closely with an Advisor to support clients through comprehensive, total-wealth planning. You will be joining a team of highly successful, well-established advisors who have decades of experience in the industry and are deeply committed to collaboration and shared success. From discovery through plan delivery and implementation, you’ll play a key role in creating thoughtful strategies that consider every aspect of a client’s life, family, and business—while being well supported, set up for success, and working alongside smart, hardworking people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with an Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial plans through deep client discovery, analysis, and presentation
  • Support the implementation of wealth strategies in partnership with a team of internal specialists
  • Champion a client-focused approach that strengthens relationships and enhances the overall client experience
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of client seminars on financial planning topics
  • Maintain high professional standards while staying current on financial planning trends, tools, and best practices
What You Bring
We’d love to connect with you if you have:
  • A CFP designation (required), or a CPA/CA with a commitment to completing the CFP, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and comfort working with financial planning software and complex strategy modeling
  • Experience supporting full wealth-planning engagements from discovery through plan presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused mindset
What’s In It for You
  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, paid time off, pension, and employee share ownership options
  • The opportunity to work alongside a successful, supportive, and collaborative advisory team
  • A positive, inclusive workplace that values curiosity, creativity, and shared success
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities through a robust internal training platform
  • The chance to be part of an organization that is committed to making a meaningful impact — for clients, colleagues, and the community
