Responsibilities include managing surface and underground electrical project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; supervision of electricians and contractors during the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems; project safety, compliance, quality assurance, and more. Red Seal Electrician Certification and the experience coordinating electrical projects with HV & MV transformers, switchgear, RMUs, underground power, mine ventilation, and camp facilities are required. Demonstrated expertise in managing contractors from an owner’s perspective is essential.
