Accounting Clerk – Tax

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support account reconciliation, tax documentation, and client data management. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with tax slips and returns, and providing exceptional client support through email and online channels, particularly during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular reconciliations of client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue annual tax slips and assist with tax-related documentation.
• Accurately enter, verify, and maintain client data in operational systems.
• Monitor data quality, identify trends or issues, and implement improvements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and support smooth workflow within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic financial knowledge and familiarity with tax slip processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional client-focused approach.
• Ability to perform under pressure during high-volume periods.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.
