Accounting & Financial Operations
- Perform and oversee core accounting functions to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial performance
- Support month-end processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Assist with a range of administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly
- Help streamline processes and contribute to day-to-day organizational efficiency
- Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
- Ensure assets operate effectively through reporting, coordination, and day-to-day problem-solving
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s operations
- Take on new and evolving responsibilities aligned to your abilities and long-term growth
- Contribute to strategic improvements and internal recommendations
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented personality
- Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable adapting to change and navigating shifting priorities
- Solid business acumen across financial and operational functions
- Desire for long-term career growth within the organization
- Experience with accounting or ERP software systems
- Real estate or property management industry experience
- Exposure to diversified or entrepreneurial business environments
