What You’ll Do
Lead the Customer Experience
- Be the go-to leader for customers, making sure every interaction whether in person, by phone, or by email is professional, easy, and memorable.
- Work closely with customers to provide timely service solutions that truly meet their needs.
- Take ownership when issues arise; solve problems quickly, fairly, and with the customer’s trust in mind.
- Build lasting relationships with key customers by understanding their challenges and providing proactive solutions.
- Lead a talented group by setting clear expectations, coaching, and celebrating success.
- Support professional growth through training, development, and cross-training opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative, safety-first environment where team members look out for each other and work toward common goals.
- Promote a positive, respectful culture that reflects professionalism and integrity at every level.
- Oversee day-to-day processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safe practices across all departments.
- Keep operations running smoothly with up-to-date invoicing, inventory management, and order processes.
- Monitor performance metrics and take action to keep the branch on track with service, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming branch environment that reflects pride in the facility.
- A strong leader with proven experience managing teams in a service-focused environment.
- Someone with sales or leadership training, plus technical knowledge or experience in the automotive sector.
- A problem solver who can adapt quickly, stay organized, and keep customer needs top of mind.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- A professional, customer-focused communicator who enjoys building relationships and motivating others.
