Are you an experienced Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment? Our client in downtown Calgary is seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a 2-month contract starting immediately. This is a great opportunity to showcase your front-line customer service and organizational skills while supporting a busy corporate office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume, busy reception desk covering multiple full office floors.
  • Handle a large number of complex incoming calls, directing them quickly and accurately.
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide general administrative support as required, including correspondence, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area at all times.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years proven experience in a busy reception or front desk role within a professional corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and quick thinking to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to step into a contract role seamlessly.
