About The Opportunity

About The Position
Working directly with field crews and reporting to the General Superintendent. It is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable with digital tools, and are committed to quality delivery and team success.

Main duties:
  • Supervise field crews and manage daily site operations across civil construction projects
  • Coordinate excavation, pipework, manholes, backfill
  • Oversee all aspects from site prep through to curb and paving, including shallow excavation
  • Interface with project managers, inspectors, and municipal representatives
  • Maintain daily reporting, safety documentation, and job logs
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment on-site
Requirements:
  • 7–10+ years of experience in civil construction
  • Must have experience in managing Onsite Projects in residential, commercial, and institutional (Site Preparation, Excavation, Foundation Laying, Framing, Plumbing, Piping)
  • Proficient in Microsoft teams, MS Suits and Reporting tools
  • Willingness to work across active project across Lower Mainland.
Compensation details:
Hourly Rate: $45–$55/hour
