Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and social media to spark interest in software solutions
  • Make ~60 outbound calls daily to generate interest and book qualified appointments
  • Consistently meet daily outreach goals and monthly appointment targets
  • Research and identify potential decision-makers within target industries
  • Initiate conversations that uncover the client’s needs and introduce tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within internal systems
  • Promote engagement in webinars, product demos, and informational sessions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified opportunities smoothly
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and handling frequent rejection with resilience
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a sales career
  • Familiarity with business software or manufacturing environments is an asset
  • Must be based in Winnipeg and available to work full-time in the office
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and terminology
