We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to join a dynamic high performing team to contribute to the overall success of an exciting road construction project.
Scope of Position: Coordinates, implements, and maintains the project’s Document Control system consistent with global company standards and strictly follows established procedures and policies needed to meet document quality standards.
Schedule flexibility is required. This is a hybrid structured position – occasional site visits and attending project team meetings in the Vancouver office are required in combination with an option to work remotely.
Five years Document Control in civil construction or mining are required. Applicants living in British Columbia with Aconex system experience will be given preference.
