Personal Lines Broker

Compensation
Competitive salary between $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience, along with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing personal insurance portfolio including home, auto, tenants, and seasonal policies
• Conduct client consultations to identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
• Prepare quotes, process policy updates, and oversee renewals with accuracy
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable policy terms
• Support clients throughout claims procedures and policy changes
• Maintain detailed documentation within brokerage management systems
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal insurance in a brokerage setting
• Active Saskatchewan insurance license Level 1 or 2
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products
• Proficiency in insurance management systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
