Our client is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to employees across the business in Winnipeg. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, setting up computers and equipment, and providing on-site support to the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related IT issues.
- Work with vendors as needed.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support at various business locations.
- Assist employees with day-to-day technical questions and issues.
- Post-secondary education in this field
- 2 Years or more of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities while staying organized and on top of project list.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required for occasional travel within the city; 10%.
