We are recruiting for multiple Personal Lines Service Broker positions with an established insurance brokerage.
This is a service-focused role supporting existing Personal Lines clients with policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and day-to-day insurance needs. The team is growing due to a significant portfolio transition and offers opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Service existing Personal Lines clients by phone and email
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Handle Auto and Property inquiries
- Provide insurance advice and coverage recommendations
- Obtain quotes and work with insurance carriers
- Assist with claims and payment requests
- Maintain accurate client and policy documentation
- Support new business and remarketing opportunities
- 1+ year of insurance experience
- Personal Lines experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Personal Lines insurance
- Home & Auto experience
- RIBO strongly preferred
- OTL candidates may be considered with a commitment to obtain RIBO
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a high-volume service environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$65,000 base salary
- 20% commission on qualifying new business/remarketing
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Insurance education/licensing reimbursement
- Standard hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Hybrid options based on location
- Fully remote may be considered for candidates farther from the office
