Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management & Organizational Development to play a key role in a significant Operating Model Evolution program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on change and organizational development professional who thrives in complex transformation environments and can turn strategy and organization design into practical, well-executed change.

Working closely with senior leaders, the Program Lead, Strategic Alignment Lead and cross-functional teams, you will help shape how the organization evolves — including its structures, leadership capabilities, roles, decision-making, ways of working and overall organizational effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected base salary is $150,000 per annum, plus bonus.
  • This is a hybrid role.
What You'll Do
Organizational Design & Transition
  • Partner on current- and future-state operating model design, including structures, roles, decision rights, spans and layers, leadership capabilities and ways of working.
  • Develop practical implementation and transition plans that clarify accountabilities, dependencies and sequencing.
  • Prepare recommendations, options and executive-level materials to support key organizational decisions.
  • Identify workforce, talent and operational risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
Change Management & Organizational Readiness
  • Develop change strategies, stakeholder maps, impact assessments, readiness plans and adoption measures.
  • Partner with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Communications, Legal and Workplace teams to coordinate implementation.
  • Equip leaders to effectively communicate the case for change and lead their teams through transition.
  • Identify resistance, readiness gaps and change risks early and drive actions to address them.
Program Delivery & Governance
  • Maintain an integrated view of milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and actions across multiple workstreams.
  • Facilitate working sessions and support program governance and workstream meetings.
  • Prepare concise updates, readiness insights and materials for executive sponsors and senior leaders.
  • Bring structure, discipline and confidentiality to a complex, high-visibility transformation program.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, organization design, HR transformation, consulting or enterprise program delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational redesign, operating model transformation, leadership transitions or complex enterprise change initiatives.
  • Strong organizational design, change management, facilitation and project management capabilities.
  • Experience translating strategic direction into practical implementation plans, tools and executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience working with senior leaders across complex, matrixed and/or international organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively and drive accountability.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when working with sensitive organizational and employee information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology or a related discipline. Advanced degree or change management certification is an asset.
This is more than a traditional change management role. You will have the opportunity to help shape how a global organization operates and evolves, working at the intersection of strategy, organizational design, leadership, people and transformation.
