We are seeking an Analyst to join a large company within the cash management operations department for a 1 year contract opportunity. This is a hybrid, in-office role in Vancouver, BC.
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing, validation, and follow-up of monetary transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a high-volume operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Process monetary transaction requests received from clients, internal partners, and advisors.
- Execute fund transfers, wire transfers, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), payments, and other cash movements.
- Review and validate transaction instructions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements.
- Perform required security validations and operational controls prior to processing transactions.
- Follow callback procedures and other fraud prevention measures as required.
- Collaborate with Wealth Management teams and other internal partners to resolve operational issues and ensure timely transaction processing.
- Respond to inquiries regarding transaction status, processing requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete transaction records in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, risk management, and the optimization of operational controls.
- Consistently meet team performance metrics, quality objectives, and service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Knowledge of monetary operations, cash management, and payment services.
- Understanding of wire transfers, EFTs, internal transfers, and other cash management activities.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and fraud prevention practices is considered an asset.
