Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for personal insurance clients, managing policy changes and inquiries
• Provide tailored insurance advice based on client needs
• Process quotes, policy updates, and claims support efficiently
• Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions within the broker management system
• Comply with all licensing requirements and ethical standards while delivering stellar service

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 year of experience in personal lines insurance, with brokerage experience preferred
• RIBO license or enthusiastic to obtain it prior to starting
• Knowledge of Ontario insurance products and carrier-specific procedures
• Strong communication skills, comfortable managing a busy inbox and phone calls
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and location
