Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 CAD

- Please note, this role is fully remote, but successful candidate's must be based in Calgary, AB
- Coordinate residential repair requests and tenant inquiries from initial request through to resolution
- Manage approximately 60–80 active requests at a time, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
- Act as a key point of contact between tenants, landlords, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Assess repair requests, gather relevant information, and determine appropriate next steps
- Coordinate vendors and contractors to schedule and complete repairs efficiently
- Proactively monitor outstanding requests, anticipate potential delays, and follow up to keep repairs moving forward
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records, workflows, and reporting using internal systems and technology
- Learn and effectively utilize property management software and internal tools
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes and systems
- Help document workflows and develop processes that improve consistency and operational efficiency
- Communicate proactively with customers and vendors by phone and email
- Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and support a high-performing operations function
- Take ownership of issues and follow through until a resolution is achieved
- Support additional operational initiatives and projects as the organization continues to grow
- 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, customer service, dispatch, property management, facilities, construction administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and task-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate and manage potential issues
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience managing projects, workflows, or multiple tasks through to completion
- Basic understanding of residential repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, or general maintenance is an asset
- Experience with property management software such as AppFolio is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Drive, is an asset
