Our Client is seeking a talented Digital Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge digital services. Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall solution architecture for digital services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and citizen-centric design principles.
• Develop architectural plans and prototypes, uncover existing system contexts, and advise on technical feasibility.
• Provide detailed solution designs, conduct impact and risk assessments, and ensure iterative delivery.
• Facilitate frequent product releases by guiding team’s technical and architectural decisions.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging common components, services, and integrations across digital projects.
• Review code, contribute to technical development, and mentor team members to promote best practices.
• Develop and communicate architectural principles, standards, and metrics for quality and performance.
• Support continuous improvement of architecture practices with clear documentation and stakeholder presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalencies considered.
• Proven experience leading agile product teams, providing architectural guidance, and mentoring developers.
• Deep expertise as a data or software architect, with a focus on scalable solutions and system integrations.
• Strong experience in domain modeling, database schema design, and data management for transactional and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have skills include data governance, security practices (Zero Trust, role-based access), cloud-native architecture, and experience in enterprise digital transformation within a large-scale organization.
