- $57,000 to $72,000

- Act as a dedicated contact for plan sponsors and members, supporting daily benefits management
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plan enrollment, claims, and payments with precision
- Process member data, prepare billing and conduct plan audits to ensure compliance
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone and email, covering eligibility, benefits, and coverage questions
- Facilitate member support through portal and platform utilization, guiding users effectively
- Maintain and update member information, manage enrollments, and ensure data integrity
- Draft correspondence and mail communications, supporting team projects and initiatives.
- At least 2 years' experience in group benefits administration
- University Degree or College diploma in Business, HR, or Administration
- CEBS designation is a bonus
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player with the ability to meet deadlines promptly
- Knowledge of multi-employer health plans or flexible benefit settings is a bonus
