We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Team Lead to lead our insurance team in delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will serve as a key operational support for the managing director, managing client relationships, supporting VIP clients, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. Compensation
- Base salary between $65,000 and $77,000 with annual bonus potential, tailored to your experience and performance.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the team and serve as the operational right-hand to the managing director.
- Write and manage insurance policies, focusing on VIP and high-value clients.
- Filter and prioritize the manager’s inbox, escalating only critical issues.
- Support brokers with new business development and handle escalations related to client servicing.
- Improve workflows, team organization, and collaboration.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to ensure operational efficiency.
- Must have an active Level 1 or 2 license in Alberta.
- Proven experience in personal lines insurance and client service.
- Experience in leadership or mentorship roles.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and hands-on leadership skills.
- Ability to manage VIP clients and complex service scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills and prioritization ability.
- Familiarity with insurance workflows and team dynamics.
- Educational background in insurance, business, or related fields is advantageous.
