Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, environmental, and construction projects from planning through completion. This role provides leadership across office and field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors
• Lead both project planning and on-site execution
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and schedules, making adjustments as required
• Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues to minimize delays
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, permits and project requirements
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, field teams and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates, reporting and financial tracking to leadership
• Ensure quality standards are met and deficiencies are addressed promptly
• Lead and support Project Coordinators, Foremen and project teams
• Complete project closeout, documentation and lessons learned

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience in industrial, environmental or construction environments
• Strong experience managing field-based projects
• Knowledge of construction, industrial processes, site operations and equipment
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel approximately 25% throughout Manitoba, primarily for day trips with occasional overnight stays
