This role blends project management and estimating in a fast paced service environment where projects move quickly (think one week to three months) and no two days look the same. You will take ownership from early client needs and tendering through scheduling, procurement, jobsite coordination, financials, and closeout bringing clarity, calm, and craftsmanship to every phase.

  • $70,000 - $90,000 total compensation

Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end service projects, including tendering, estimating, and change order pricing
  • Support business development efforts by responding to client needs, preparing scopes, and building competitive proposals
  • Lead contract review, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and cost control to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate procurement, dispatch, scheduling, and labour planning in collaboration with field leadership
  • Maintain jobsite presence as needed to support foremen and ensure scope, schedule, and quality alignment
  • Drive closeout activities, including final reviews with the foreman and superintendent and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Red Seal Electrician certification
  • FSR Class A or B credential
  • 2 to 2.5+ years of experience in electrical project management and or estimating, including project pricing and or change orders
  • Comfortable transitioning from field work to an office based service leadership role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across office and field teams
  • Solid working knowledge of common productivity tools (Microsoft Office and similar)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience in commercial electrical service, including tenant improvements and retrofits
  • Estimating experience using Accubid
  • Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Teams, and service scheduling workflows
  • Background as a senior project coordinator with a strong electrical foundation
