Compensation
- $145,000+, commensurate with experience

- Manage and advance commercial litigation files efficiently, handling multiple moving pieces with minimal supervision
- Support a diverse disputes practice spanning commercial litigation, injunctions, restrictive covenants, appellate work, and other sophisticated matters
- Draft and review high-quality litigation materials, including pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written advocacy
- Appear in court and contribute to hearings and other litigation processes (meaningful courtroom exposure is expected)
- Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3+ years of post call experience with an emphasis on complex commercial disputes
- Excellent court room experience with a strong familiarity with BC court filings, documents, and processes
- Excellent legal writing and attention to detail, with a self-starter mindset accompanied by a proactive approach to practice management
