Our client is a growing insurance organization looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their newly established Brokerage Services team.
This is a highly service-focused Commercial Lines position supporting a specialty portfolio within the higher-education sector. The successful candidate will work with complex, multi-line commercial programs and play an important role in delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships.

The organization will support and pay for the licensing required for the successful candidate to service business across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service commercial insurance accounts within a specialty program portfolio
- Handle day-to-day client requests and account management activities
- Process certificates of insurance, invoices, liability cards, charge requests, and other policy documentation
- Manage account administration independently from start to finish
- Support complex, multi-line commercial insurance programs
- Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders through phone and virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate account information and documentation
- Support strong client retention through responsive and high-quality service
- Collaborate with the broader Brokerage Services team to ensure seamless client service
- 5+ years commercial lines account managing insurance experience
- Active RIBO license
- Experience servicing complex commercial accounts and multi-line programs
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance processes and documentation
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing administrative responsibilities independently
- Ability to work effectively in a newly established and growing team
- Comfortable with a hands-on, service-oriented role
- Willingness to obtain the necessary licensing to service business across Canada
