As a JDE Maintenance System Process Analyst, you'll be key in optimizing system configurations, enhancing asset management, and ensuring seamless integration of maintenance workflows.  This is a maternity leave role. 

Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain JDE Capital Asset Management modules to meet business needs
  • Analyze maintenance and equipment maintenance processes to identify efficiencies
  • Develop and complete database queries, providing insightful reports that support decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system updates and improvements
  • Act as a subject matter expert in maintenance business processes, offering solutions and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with JDE systems, especially in the Capital Asset Management module
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and equipment maintenance workflows
  • Hands-on experience with information systems implementation and configuration
  • Proficiency in database querying and reporting
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
  • One or more years of experience working with maintenance business processes
  • Additional familiarity with process optimization and system integration
  • Background working with databases beyond basic queries
  • Background in information systems, maintenance management, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of practical experience in maintenance processes
Other Requirements
  • This is a full-time on-site role, so being comfortable working hands-on and in a collaborative environment is essential
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders
