We are seeking an experienced E-Discovery Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of e-discovery projects, from data collection and processing through document production and project closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced with RelativityOne, including Analytics and Active Learning (AiR), to support efficient, defensible, and cost-effective document review workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the e-discovery lifecycle, including data processing, document review, analytics, productions, and project closeout.
- Create, configure, and manage RelativityOne workspaces, review workflows, productions, user permissions, and security settings.
- Leverage RelativityOne Analytics and Active Learning (AiR) to streamline document review, improve accuracy, and increase project efficiency.
- Partner with legal teams, clients, and internal technical staff to develop case strategies and customized workflow solutions.
- Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on data processing, document reviews, and productions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on e-discovery best practices and workflow optimization.
- Maintain detailed project documentation while ensuring compliance with security, confidentiality, and chain-of-custody requirements.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and project metrics using advanced Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-discovery case management, litigation support, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with RelativityOne, including Analytics and Active Learning (AiR).
- Strong technical knowledge of e-discovery platforms, data processing, document review, and litigation support technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- RelativityOne certifications are considered a strong asset.
- Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and industry best practices.
