Safety Administrator – 6 weeks

We are currently seeking a health and safety administrator for a full-time temporary contract role (6-weeks) based in the South Edmonton/Leduc area. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and services to the Health, Safety & Environmental Team
• Provide statistical and trending data, manage HSE databases, and assist with department administration
• Utilize HSMS software to track and trend data and capture required KPIs • Create and edit reports, templates, newsletters, work documents, and other correspondence for senior leadership
• Work with the team to bridge documents from multiple databases and ensure the availability of the current document library to all employees
• Ensure all HSE-related documents comply with document conventions and control processes
• Input and maintain HSE pre-qualifications (ISNet, Avetta, Complyworks, etc.)
• Support the development and implementation of a new monthly reporting template
• Assist with the development of project-specific plans 

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Health & Safety administration
• 2-3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas service industry
• Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration
• Health and Safety Administration (HSA) designations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365 migration
• Experience using HSI Software is considered an asset
• Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an ethical and professional manner
