This role serves as the primary point of contact for builder clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional customer service, seamless project coordination, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key builder stakeholders through regular communication, site visits, meetings, and client entertainment activities.
- Foster long-term partnerships by proactively supporting clients and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at client lunches, golf outings, industry events, and networking functions.
- Lead builder meetings to gather project requirements and ensure alignment on scope, design intent, timelines, and expectations.
- Coordinate projects from initial engagement through quoting, design, production, delivery, and installation.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review oversight, alignment, and ensuring coordination across estimating and drafting
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial engagement through project completion.
- Anticipate client needs and provide solutions-oriented support.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes and continued business relationships.

- Projects delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Consistent communication and responsiveness throughout the client journey.
- A reputation as a trusted advisor and dependable partner to key builder clients.
