Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, supply challenges, and customer needs.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and customer engagement.
- Present solutions that address customer challenges and create long-term value.
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account activity.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Experience in B2B sales with preference given to those with pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or healthcare services experience.
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative sales approach with a genuine desire to solve customer challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is considered an asset.
