About the Opportunity
Our client is adding a Project Manager to support continued growth and a strong pipeline of local, high-profile work. This is an in-person role based in Richmond, BC, with projects throughout the Lower Mainland.

The successful candidate will be the type of project leader who balances customer service with execution, supporting field teams while keeping projects organized, on time, and financially controlled.

About the Position
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating schedules, documentation, pricing, procurement, and project controls while supporting site teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget. This role works closely with clients, electricians, suppliers, and subcontractors and requires strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to coordinate, develop, and manage project schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership and direction to internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Interpret electrical construction drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for project management, pricing, material ordering, physical and financial tracking, and coordination.
  • Produce estimates of material, labour, and equipment needed for change orders.
  • Approve invoices, receipts, and electrician timecards.
  • Complete monthly progress billing and invoicing.
  • Assist in clash detection, constructability reviews, and model updates.
  • Estimate new projects as required.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with electricians, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
The Requirements
  • 1-5 years experience as an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator
  • Experience working on Special projects including commercial, industrial and institutional
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and continually upgrade skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a service mindset in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar project software is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction practices and terminology.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $100,000 - $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • RRSP matching
  • Vehicle allowance up to $500 a month

  • Profit sharing
