Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Process new policies, policy changes, and renewals accurately
• Maintain and update insurance records within the system
• Assist clients with questions related to their coverage and policies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Support the transition and ongoing use of new brokerage management systems
• Follow up on outstanding client needs and pending requests

Qualifications:

• Approximately one year of insurance experience (e.g., reception, brokerage, junior CSR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than years of experience
• Ability to ask questions and seek out growth opportunities
• Willingness to obtain a RIBO license within 12 months if not already licensed
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Benefits & Compensation:

• Salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000
