Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional to support a growing portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth clients.

This role focuses on providing a white-glove service experience to personal insurance clients connected to the brokerage's commercial client base. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering prompt service, technical expertise, and proactive insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of VIP and High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and complex coverage inquiries
  • Conduct detailed coverage reviews and identify potential gaps in protection
  • Provide concierge-level customer service and responsiveness
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Account Executives on shared client relationships
  • Market and negotiate coverage solutions with insurance carriers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records
  • Support retention and growth of key client accounts
Qualifications
  • Active RIBO License
  • Strong Personal Lines brokerage experience
  • Experience handling affluent or High-Net-Worth clients is considered a strong asset
  • Excellent technical knowledge of personal insurance products
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to provide immediate and professional client service
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
