Our client is a well-established and growing insurance brokerage seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their Personal Lines team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career insurance professional looking to build a long-term career within the brokerage industry. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Personal Lines team with administrative and servicing tasks
- Assist with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client requests
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Process insurance-related transactions with a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders as required
- Assist Customer Service Representatives with day-to-day account servicing
- Learn brokerage workflows, insurance products, and carrier procedures
- Participate in training initiatives and professional development programs
- Approximately 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
- Experience as a TSR, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar insurance support role considered an asset
- RIBO license is preferred but not required
- Candidates without a RIBO license must be willing to obtain one within 12 months
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Competitive starting salary (expected salary range is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience)
