Personal Lines Technical Service Representative

Our client is a well-established and growing insurance brokerage seeking a Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their Personal Lines team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career insurance professional looking to build a long-term career within the brokerage industry. The successful candidate will receive hands-on mentorship, licensing support, and comprehensive training while working alongside experienced insurance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Personal Lines team with administrative and servicing tasks
• Assist with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and client requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Process insurance-related transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders as required
• Assist Customer Service Representatives with day-to-day account servicing
• Learn brokerage workflows, insurance products, and carrier procedures
• Participate in training initiatives and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Approximately 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• Experience as a TSR, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar insurance support role considered an asset
• RIBO license is preferred but not required
• Candidates without a RIBO license must be willing to obtain one within 12 months
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
