About The Opportunity
As a Civil Superintendent , you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time and on budget.

About The Opportunity
As a Civil Superintendent , you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time and on budget.
This opportunity is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Delta, Richmond, and Vancouver Island.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses.
- Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs.
- Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction.
- Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.
- Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor on civil projects.
- Background in Municpal Infrastucture projects.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
