Warehouse Lead
Location: North side of the city of Winnipeg
Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Early Morning Start

Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a small team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, hands-on work, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a small warehouse team
  • Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Ensure accurate preparation and completion of warehouse documentation
  • Maintain organized inventory and warehouse layout
  • Assist with scheduling and planning daily workflow
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Promote and maintain safe work practices
Qualifications
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a small team
  • Comfortable using computers and preparing required documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (no bus service available)
  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly.
