Location: North side of the city of Winnipeg
Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Early Morning Start
Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a small team in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership, hands-on work, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.

- Stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Lead and support a small warehouse team
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Ensure accurate preparation and completion of warehouse documentation
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse layout
- Assist with scheduling and planning daily workflow
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Promote and maintain safe work practices
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team
- Comfortable using computers and preparing required documentation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (no bus service available)
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds regularly.
