What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals
• Prepare and review year-end files, financial statements, and tax engagements
• Review compilation, review, and audit files while providing constructive feedback and guidance to staff
• Work closely with entrepreneurial clients and act as a trusted advisor
• Support personal tax preparation and client financial reporting needs
• Help improve processes, workflows, and client service delivery
• Collaborate with a team that values professionalism, accountability, and having fun together along the way

What They’re Looking For

• CPA designation
• 3–5+ years of public practice accounting experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
• A collaborative, mature, and solutions-oriented mindset
• A professional who takes their work seriously — but not themselves too seriously
