Change Management Specialist

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are currently seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist for an immediate long-term temporary opportunity within the healthcare sector, with strong potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Lead organizational change management activities for complex healthcare transformation initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments to support successful change adoption
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and impact assessments
• Create and deliver communication strategies, key messaging, and communication plans for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Provide OCM leadership and guidance within healthcare environments, including planning OCM activities and supporting execution
• Mentor and support OCM and communications resources to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic communications and provide communications coaching
• Support adoption and change activities related to enterprise systems and clinical application implementations
• Facilitate engagement and change activities across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholder groups

Qualifications:

• Certification in Organizational Change Management (required)
• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher certification (required)
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Specialist, including stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness activities
• 10+ years of experience developing communication strategies, plans, and key messaging for large-scale organizational change initiatives
• 6+ years of experience in a healthcare environment in an OCM leadership role, including planning OCM activities and mentoring OCM/communications teams
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications leadership, working with senior leadership to develop communication strategies and providing communications coaching
• 2+ years of experience supporting organization-wide SAP implementation or change initiatives
• 2+ years of experience providing OCM support for implementations of the Altera Sunrise suite in a clinical environment
• 1+ year of experience supporting OCM activities related to Lab Orders integration across acute care facilities
• Criminal background check is required
