Compensation
- $55,000 to $65,000 + commission
- 4 weeks' vacation

- Employer covered benefits coverage for you and your family
- At least 1-2 years of brokerage experience with a focus on personal lines insurance products.
- RIBO license is a must, and candidates must be willing to obtain or already hold Atlantic or equivalent licensing.
- Tech-savviness—familiarity with Epic BMS is a bonus, as is comfort with transitioning to Zoho.
- A “gung ho” attitude toward sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid or fully remote work models.
- RIBO License required, other provincial licensing considered an asset
- 2 years' experience in personal lines sales
- Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of insurance industry/market trends
