Compensation
  • $55,000 to $65,000 + commission

Responsibilities
  • At least 1-2 years of brokerage experience with a focus on personal lines insurance products. 
  • RIBO license is a must, and candidates must be willing to obtain or already hold Atlantic or equivalent licensing.
  • Tech-savviness—familiarity with Epic BMS is a bonus, as is comfort with transitioning to Zoho.
  • A “gung ho” attitude toward sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to hybrid or fully remote work models.
Qualifications
  • RIBO License required, other provincial licensing considered an asset
  • 2 years' experience in personal lines sales
  • Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of insurance industry/market trends
