About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) for a 6-month contract with a publicly traded company operating in a regulated industry. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes in a dynamic and highly accountable environment.

You will work closely with finance leadership and operational teams to deliver high-quality analysis, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior leadership
  • Build and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with business units to provide insights on financial performance and key drivers
  • Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required
  Qualifications & Experience
  • CPA designation (or equivalent) preferred
  • 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on FP&A
  • Experience in a publicly traded company and/or regulated industry is highly preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Adaptive)
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting requirements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
