The Opportunity
As the Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both the financial operations and day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.

This is a well-rounded position that offers a blend of bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and office coordination responsibilities—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being a central part of a small, engaged team.

You will work closely with the General Manager and team members, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits
  • Process and reconcile invoices, expense claims, and financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks (desktop)
  • Administer payroll and employee benefits for a small team
  • Complete payroll remittances and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements, reports, and forecasts
  • Support the development of the annual budget in collaboration with leadership
Administrative & Office Support
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and team as needed
  • Coordinate office supplies and general office needs
  • Assist with sponsorship coordination and logistics for an annual conference/event
What You Bring
  • Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting/bookkeeping role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
