We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day functions that keep the business running smoothly—from financial tracking and reporting to internal process optimization.

Overview
In this role, you will manage documentation, support customer and project reporting, track financial activity, and help maintain the accuracy of internal systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, technical teams, and finance, contributing to a growing organization that values precision, clarity, and continuous improvement.

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000
Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal teams to design and implement process improvements across operations and finance
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to identify inefficiencies and help prototype workflow enhancements
  • Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
  • Track and categorize receipts, employee expenses, and reimbursements
  • Maintain financial dashboards and reporting to ensure alignment across projects, billing, and resource tracking
  • Keep internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) current and accessible
  • Support compliance with financial policies and ensure records are audit-ready
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to prepare billing and reporting data
  • Utilize project management and automation tools to streamline workflows
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of experience in operations, finance coordination, or bookkeeping support
  • Working knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and financial tracking
  • Familiarity with accounting or expense management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)
  • Clear written communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team environment
  • Experience in a technical or professional services environment is an asset
